One number, tracked over one time interval, drawn as a single clean line — no bar charts, no pie charts, no dashboard of widgets. You pick a name, a value type, an interval from hourly through yearly, and optionally a Viability Line. The interval is set once; a different granularity means creating a new graph.

Team members have a real login and one of two permissions: managing graphs and their settings, or entering and correcting values — two separate switches, not one bundled role. Employees have no account at all. They get a personal, unguessable link, use it to report their number on their graph's schedule, and see their own wall through the same link. Employees are unlimited on every business.

Both. The same personal link gives them a wall of the graphs they report on — the same black canvas the owner uses, scoped to just their own numbers. They can watch their own trend without seeing the rest of the business.

Each employee is reminded on their graph's own cadence — daily graphs prompt daily, monthly graphs prompt monthly — timed against the week-ending day and time you set for your business, in your business's timezone. If someone has more than one graph due at once, they get one combined email rather than a separate message for each.

A single page where every graph you've switched on for it hangs together on a black canvas — built to sit open on a monitor for hours, not to be clicked through one chart at a time. Choose a grid that sizes every graph as large as the screen allows, or a carousel that scrolls them past like a ticker. It's reached through its own long, non-guessable link, separate from your regular sign-in, and it stays the same link when you switch it off and on again.

Yes, two ways. An overlay graph puts several graphs on one chart, each line keeping its own proportions so you're comparing shapes rather than fighting mismatched scales. A calculation graph builds a new number out of existing ones with add, subtract, multiply and divide — revenue per head, cost per job — and recalculates as the underlying numbers arrive. Both behave like any other graph: assign them, group them, share them, put them on the wall.

Pick one of three themes for your business — Editorial, Light, or Dark — and it applies across every page. Separately, choose what color the lines are drawn in: plain ink, your brand color, or any custom hex. You can also switch on decline highlighting, which turns just the segments where the number fell into red, leaving the rest of the line alone.

Set the window to the last 6, 12, or 24 periods, or pick an exact custom date range. Search by name, filter to a group, or filter by trend — steeply up, up, flat or slightly down, steeply down, or non-viable — to pull up only the numbers that need attention. Each graph can also be set to landscape or portrait, which controls both the shape on screen and the shape on the printed page.

Yes to both. Every graph has a CSV export of its full history, and any chart prints cleanly in its chosen orientation with no browser chrome. Edits to past entries are recorded automatically, so who changed what and when is always available.

Set which days a graph is even asked about, so a Saturday you're closed never reads as a missing number. For one-offs, mark the period as a break — a holiday, a shutdown, a day with no shift — and it's excluded from tracking entirely rather than counted as missing. On the chart, the line connects cleanly across it instead of showing a gap or dropping to zero.

$25 per business per month, flat. Unlimited graphs, unlimited employees reporting numbers, unlimited groups, walls and share links. There's no higher tier to upgrade into and no per-person charge, so adding the tenth person who reports a number costs exactly the same as adding the first.
